Negroni
Ingredients
- Campari: 20 ml
- Sweet vermouth: 20 ml
- London dry gin: 20 ml
Method
Step 1:
Take a cold mixing glass, add all the ingredients, add ice, and stir it to make it cold. Do not over-stir for a long time
Step 2:
Strain it over a block of ice placed inside a rock glass
Step 3:
Zest it with an orange and use it as a garnish
Note:
The dilution of the drink should not exceed 50 ml, and do not forget to use the orange zest.
