Espresso Martini



Step 1:

Take a cobbler shaker, add all the ingredients and fill it with ice. Shake well to create a good froth. Double strain (use a tea strainer) the concoction into a coupe glass.

Step 2:

Garnish with three coffee beans.


The ideal way to use espresso is to get it to room temperature. To add an additional layer of flavours it’s advisable to spray a zest of orange just at the stem of the glass.
