Raising the bar at Omny
The drink menu is a reflection of Omny Kitchen and Bar’s central thought and is similarly glocal. Expect a unique fusion of local ingredients, exotic spices, and innovative techniques such that every drink is a carefully crafted narrative, designed to transport you to a distant land and its distinctive culture — from the bustling street food markets of Asia to the sophisticated charm of European cocktails, and the vibrant, bold infusions of Latin America. The tipples have been curated by mixologist Varun Sudhkar and his team member Tanka Gurang , from Bar Bundle whose passion for combining flavours mirrors Chef Vicky’s culinary philosophy — and together they’re bringing a world of flavours to your table, right here in India.

Dessert, coffee, and collaborations
Collaboration is at the heart of the Omny Kitchen and Bar experience, and comes alive in the restaurant’s dessert and coffee offerings. The dessert programme is crafted in tow with chef Vinesh Johnny, a renowned dessert curator and co-founder of Lavonne Academy of Baking Science & Pastry Arts
Complementing the desserts is a curated coffee experience, developed in collaboration with Mithilesh Vazalwar, the doyen of the Indian specialty coffee scene and founder of Corridor Seven Coffee Roasters.
